Bobbie, you were truly one in a million.  I have worked in education for almost 16 years and it wasn't until I met you that I learnt how to be the leader that I am today.  Genuine, giving, inspiring, kind - hearted, selfless and protective are just a few words I can use to describe you, I could continue forever! 

I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me.  Putting work life to the side, you gave me the strength to tell my parents about me and Carl and gave me the confidence to know it would be ok.  You constantly checked on me and for that I will be forever grateful (I still giggle at some of the messages you sent me).  You were not just my leader, you were my dear friend and I thank God that you came into my life. 

I feel so privileged to have met you, worked alongside you and gained a wonderful friendship with you.  You were an amazing woman Bobbie Caisley and Kingsmoor Academy will always be special as you sprinkled your magic on us all.  Your legacy will live on forever.
